The staff was friendly and excellent, including the valet, reception, and cleaning staff. They addressed concerns and offered help whenever needed. The hotel is situated on the well-known Broadway Road heading to downtown. The pool area offers stunning views, and depending on your room's location, you can enjoy a beautiful sunrise. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, except I am still waiting to receive my stay points.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. From the valet service, to the bellman, to the front desk, to the room itself, everything was beautifully organized & luxurious. The bellman, Larry, was extremely friendly & helpful. He made sure we felt welcomed & accommodated. At the front desk, Nina, was a sweetheart. Very informative & even upgraded our room because we were so surprised by the service here. The room was clean, modern & had a great view of the broadway strip. I would absolutely come here again in a heartbeat & will be recommending this hotel to anybody coming to Nashville!

The hotel was a great experience. The rooms were nice and clean. The staff was accommodating and friendly. Special shoutout to Jimmy at the lobby bar. Cool dude and made our daily drink that much better. Highly recommend the hotel.

We had a lovely stay here earlier this month. We were celebrating our anniversary and we got a nice amenity and a handwritten note in our room. I was impressed since I didn’t have any status with Hyatt and did not expect them to do this for a base member so I definitely appreciated that. The location was great, we were able to walk most places and Uber the more far spots. The pool is beautiful and was a great spot to relax after long days. Everyone was nice and friendly. I highly recommend this property and will definitely be staying there in the future when I’m in the area
